Community Merch Policy
Terminology
Fnatic Dragons (FDS) refers to the Fnatic Dragons community group and its associated fan activities.
FDS Merchandise refers to community merchandise created and distributed by Fnatic Dragons to support community initiatives.
FFA (Fnatic Fan Association) refers to the official fan group network established by Fnatic.
Purpose
FDS community merchandise exists solely to support and grow the fan community. Revenue generated through merchandise helps fund community initiatives. Including but not limited to, tournaments, giveaways, banners and live event support. Our goal is to strengthen the fan experience and create opportunities for the community to come together.
Merchandise is not intended to operate as a commercial merchandise business, but as a way to sustain community activities.
Ethical Sourcing
FDS merchandise is produced through our fulfilment partner Printful, which maintains policies designed to prevent forced labour, human trafficking, and unethical employment practices within its operations and supply chain.
Printful requires its suppliers and subcontractors to comply with applicable laws prohibiting slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking, and it maintains a Supplier Code of Conduct outlining expectations for responsible labour and ethical business practices.
Where required, products supplied through Printful can be traced back to their manufacturing partner or garment supplier, providing transparency within the supply chain.
If credible concerns are raised regarding labour practices or ethical sourcing within our supply chain, FDS will review the supplier relationship and take appropriate action. This may include seeking clarification from the supplier, reviewing sourcing practices, or transitioning merchandise production to an alternative supplier that meets responsible production standards.
Product Safety & EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
FDS merchandise is produced and fulfilled through our partner Printful, which maintains systems and processes designed to comply with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
In support of these requirements:
Product listings include relevant product information such as materials, intended use, and care instructions where applicable.
Manufacturer or responsible business contact information is made available for products sold within the EU.
Products supplied through Printful maintain traceability to the original garment manufacturer or production partner.
Safety information, instructions, or warnings are provided where required to support safe product use.
FDS relies on Printful’s fulfilment infrastructure and compliance processes to support these requirements. Where necessary, FDS will review product listings and documentation to ensure continued alignment with applicable product safety regulations.
If any product safety concerns are identified or reported, FDS will work with our fulfilment partner to investigate the issue and take appropriate action, which may include updating product information, suspending sales, or removing affected products from sale.
Ongoing Alignment
FDS works closely with Fnatic and FFA to ensure community merchandise operates responsibly and within agreed guidelines.
This policy may be reviewed periodically to ensure continued alignment with Fnatic, FFA, and relevant compliance standards.
Sales and Contact
All FDS merchandise is designed, sold, and fulfilled exclusively by FDS (and their partners like Printful) and we are the ‘Seller of Record’. Because these are community-led items and not ‘Official Fnatic Merchandise’ Fnatic is not a party to any sales and does not have any control over, or responsibility for, the quality, safety, or delivery of these products. Fnatic IP Disclaimer
All Fnatic names, logos, trademarks, and associated branding (‘Fnatic IP’) are used by FDS under a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license granted by Fnatic through the FFA framework. All ownership and goodwill in the Fnatic IP remains the exclusive property of Fnatic. FDS merchandise is community-led and is not ‘Official Fnatic Merchandise’. The use of Fnatic IP does not grant FDS or any third party any rights, title, or interest in the branding beyond the scope of this community initiative.
